Vidya Shikshan Prasarak Mandal (VSPM), the parent trust has made this objective its mission.

Since it's very inception in 1971 it has untiringly toiled amongst the most backward regions and the least privileged to provide them the opportunity to become self-reliant. Formed by Padmashri Kamaltai Hospet with the sole intention of providing education to the downtrodden in those days. After her death the reigns were passed on to Shri.Ranjeet Deshmukh, the present Chairman leading this trust.Mr.Ranjeet Deshmukh a mechanical engineer by profession was the Ex.Minister in the Maharashtra Government. In his guidance the VSPM has achieved great milestones without comprising on its values.

Its focus has been extremely clear. It has emphasized on education, social upliftment and the removal of social ills.

The result of three decades of effort has been the setting up of around 50 quality education institutions right from primary schools to medical college, setting up of social institutions for the backward and women and innumerable programmes for removal of social evils.

VSPM with around 50 educational institutions has spread all over Vidarbha region in Maharashtra. The jewel in the crown is the 68 acres of its Digdoh campus situated in the outskirts of the Nagpur city.
